hello! my name is elizabeth and i am 10 years old. today i have
to go and see my school nurse for some counciling because last
year on 14th of november my dad died. i dont know how to deal
with it as it is my first time with her. i have had counciling
before but nothing like it at school. please could you give me
some advise with how to cope with it.

My mum also died on the 14th november and i have had to have conselling before, at skool and at my doctors. The first time i had counselling it didn't exacly work becasue i didn't get along with my counsellor so just make sure that you actaully like them. Be honest with them as well they can't help you if your not honest. I know it can be a little bit embarrasin but just try to
