Subject: my nan died

Hi my name's Jess, my Nan died last yr Nov 19th, its nearly a year and its gone so fast. It's still hard to beleive that she's not here anymore to help or support me through life. I still talk 2 her hoping she's listening . . I feel really lonely sometimes, but what kepps me going is the thought that hopefully i might be with her again one day.
