im 14 and from i was a baby iv lossed my mum, auntie, two of my sisters, my my 2 grannys, and now iv just lossed 1 of my best mate, i just cant take it anymore, im just sooo scared 2 leave my dad and 2 wee sisters and baby bro or even let them leave the house, i cant even sleep at nite, plz plz plz help me i really dont know wat to do, and i hate talkin about 2 any 1

Hello, I saw your message and I could relate straight away. I am only 15 but already, I have delt with 5 loses... The one effecting me the most was my Gran! I never really knew how I felt about her, Never really until she wasn't there anymore!
