my best friend died in a car crash 10 days ago, I cant go to work i cant sleep and i feel sick constantly, she is the one i need to hug most of all right now and she isnt hear, she was only 16, please i need to talk to somone.

Ten days is not long enough for it to really sink in hun. Give yourself time... You will feel sick and scared and alone, but you are never alone.
You need to talk to your parents, and your friends family. Get as much support and help as you can, because you're going to need it.
